Dale Schwandt

Dale Schwandt oversees the financial underwriting and analysis for Wilkinson Corporation’s real estate investments, including multifamily property acquisitions, real estate development, and many aspects of Wilkinson’s investment endeavors. Dale brings over 35 years of experience in senior leadership roles in finance, accounting, and analysis, primarily engaged in investment banking, venture capital, enterprise startups as CFO, and commercial real estate acquisition and development projects. Dale’s experience includes senior roles at Montgomery Securities in San Francisco, Intellectual Ventures®, and Russell Investments (formerly Frank Russell Company).
