Rakesh Kilaru

Rakesh Kilaru currently serves as a Partner at Wilkinson Stekloff LLP since April 2017, having previously held the position of Counsel at the same firm. Prior to this role, Rakesh was a Special Assistant to the President and Associate Counsel at the Executive Office of the President, The White House, from April 2015 to January 2017. Rakesh gained valuable experience as an Associate at O'Melveny & Myers LLP from November 2012 to April 2015 and as a Law Clerk for Justice Elena Kagan at the Supreme Court of the U.S. from July 2011 to July 2012. Rakesh also clerked for Judge J. Harvie Wilkinson III at the U.S. Courts of Appeals from July 2010 to July 2011. Rakesh Kilaru earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Stanford Law School from 2007 to 2010 and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in History from Columbia University from 2002 to 2006.
