Leldon Bulkley, MS-RMI has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Leldon is currently serving as the Head of Risk Management at Wilks Brothers, LLC since December 2022. Prior to this, they held key roles at various companies. From 2019 to 2022, Leldon worked at RATP Dev USA, where they served as the Senior Vice President of Risk Management and Insurance and later as the Vice President of Risk Management. During their tenure, they oversaw all facets of risk management and loss prevention for the organization and managed the procurement and placement of insurance policies.

Leldon Bulkley holds a Master's degree in Risk Management & Insurance from the Florida State University - College of Business, which they obtained between 2016 and 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Finance degree at Texas A&M University-Commerce from 2003 to 2005.
