Paul Rabalais

Paul Rabalais has a diverse work experience in the field of Information Technology. Paul started their career as a Computer Assembly Technician at Time Trend Computers in 1999 and later became a Computer Install Technician. In 2005, they joined Perot Systems as an IT Pricing Specialist. Paul then worked as an IT Strategic Sourcing Specialist at Belo Corp. in 2007 before moving on to Rhino Linings USA, Inc. as a Procurement Specialist.

In 2010, Paul joined FTS International as an IT Vendor Manager and worked there until 2013. Paul then joined Wilks Brothers, LLC, where they held various positions. Paul began as an IT Business Manager, focusing on establishing consulting relationships and contracts. Paul later became a Senior IT Operations Manager, where they played a crucial role in redefining and transforming the IT function. Eventually, they became the Director of Information Technology, overseeing all aspects of IT for the company as the senior-most decision-maker.

In 2021, Paul joined InnovA Technologies as the Vice President of Technology. Later the same year, they also became the VP of Technology at Wilks Brothers, LLC. Throughout their career, Paul has demonstrated their ability to drive change, establish effective vendor and contract management procedures, and lead successful IT projects.

Paul Rabalais attended the University of North Texas from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Organizational Development.
