Elenay Oliveira

Elenay Oliveira has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Elenay currently works at Will Bank as a Research Operations Lead and previously served as a Staff User Researcher. In addition, they are a Professor of Secondary Research at MBA em UX Research, Operações de Pesquisa e Liderança em Design. Elenay Oliveira is also the Co-founder and Manager at Observe, the first Brazilian conference on User Research. Elenay'spast roles include User Researcher positions at Nuvemshop, iFood, Easynvest, and GetNinjas. Prior to that, they worked as a Brand Researcher at Sebastiany Branding and as a Senior Business Account Manager at Questa Comunicação. Elenay Oliveira also has experience as a co-founder and manager at Tutoria, Brazilian Design Conference, and as a co-founder and business account manager at Estúdio Leaf. Elenay was also a co-founder and design manager at Leaf Magazine. Elenay'swork experience spans from 2011 to the present.

Elenay Oliveira completed a graduate student program in Neuroscience and Psychology at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie from 2022 to 2023. Prior to that, they obtained an MBA degree in Business Innovation from FIAP from 2019 to 2020. In 2010, they completed an extension course in Planning at ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing. In 2018, they completed a specialization course in Branding at Brandster | Branding School. Elenay'sundergraduate education was a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Centro Universitário Belas Artes de São Paulo, which they completed from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including Data & Quantitative Research, Assertive Communication, Emotional Intelligence, Theory U, Negotiation Techniques, Smart Working, and Techniques for Building Brand Naming Strategies from different institutions.
