Felipe Felix has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Felipe started their career at Banco Original, where they worked as a Risk Management Intern and later became a Senior Risk Analyst. Felipe then joined Avista Cartões as a Finance Manager and eventually became the Head of Finance for Avista's group. In 2017, Felipe founded Will Bank, where they served as the Founder and CEO. In the same year, they also co-founded Pag!, where they initially held the positions of Co-Founder and CFO before transitioning to the role of Co-Founder and CEO. Felipe's experience includes financial management, fundraising, credit risk management, and pioneering the first non-banking institution to issue a MasterCard debit card in LATAM.
Felipe Felix obtained their Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from USP - Universidade de São Paulo in 2012. Afterward, they pursued a Master's degree in Finance and Economics from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, completing it in 2014. In 2021, Felipe enrolled in the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where they obtained an Executive Program degree focused on "The Brains and Gut of Decision Making." Subsequently, in 2023, they attended the Executive Program at Harvard Business School, specializing in "Scaling Entrepreneurial Ventures."
