Meiriely Cortes Doro

Meiriely Cortes Doro serves as the Legal and Compliance Operations Manager at Will Bank since January 2019, where responsibilities include restructuring the legal operations team to adopt a business-oriented mindset and implementing technological innovations. As a Legal Manager of Litigation, Meiriely focused on enhancing departmental efficiency. Additionally, Meiriely holds a position on the Founders Committee for CLOC Brasil since January 2024 and co-founded the podcast "The Legal Bubble," which discusses legal experiences in startups and tech. Meiriely is also a co-founder of CLOB, promoting a culture of Legal Operations in Brazil, and serves as the Vice-President of the Special Commission on Modernization and Innovation of the Justice System within OAB/ES.
