Nadav Shem-Tov

Nadav Shem-Tov is the Founder and CEO of NST Success Consulting, specializing in advising Customer Success leaders and startup founders on organizational strategy and leadership development since October 2021. Prior to this, Nadav held significant roles at Gainsight, including Senior Director of Teammate Success and Director of Enterprise Customer Success, where expertise encompassed talent strategy, organizational development, and the creation of the first Customer Success bootcamp, CS YOU, benefiting over 100 learners. Earlier experience includes consulting at Bain & Company, leadership positions in technology and customer relations, and military intelligence in Unit 8200. Nadav holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from The University of Texas at Arlington.
