Peter Agnes

Peter Agnes is a seasoned finance and operations executive with extensive experience in the life sciences sector. Currently serving as the Group Head of Portfolio Finance and Operating Partner at B-FLEXION, Peter collaborates with investment affiliates and portfolio companies on capital markets, strategy, finance, and M&A. In addition to this role, Peter holds board member positions at Naveris, Inc., Radius Health, Inc., Corium Innovations, and Boston Pharmaceuticals, where Peter notably led the M&A process resulting in a $2 billion sale to GSK. Previously, Peter served as Chief Operating Officer at Gurnet Point Capital, focusing on firm strategy and capital markets, and as an advisory board member at Essentia Analytics. Peter holds a BA in Government from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
