Ella Taylor, Ph.D., serves as the Chief Research Officer at Willamette Education Service District since April 2017, where the focus is on innovating practices within the P-20 education system through the Center for Education Innovation, Evaluation and Research. Previously, Ella Taylor held the position of Director at The Research Institute at Western Oregon University from August 2011 to March 2017, aiming to enhance the quality of life through positive changes in education, community health, and social services. Prior roles include Director of the Sponsored Research Office and Coordinator of Sponsored Research at Western Oregon University, contributing to faculty support in securing funding and professional development. Ella Taylor began their career as Coordinator of the Gifted Education Program at the University of South Florida after earning a Ph.D. in Education from the same institution. Ella Taylor completed secondary education at St. Augustine High School.
