Uriah Hefter

Uriah Hefter is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in food production and management. Since February 2021, Uriah has been a member of the production staff at The Willamette Valley Company LLC. Prior to this role, Uriah served as a corporate chef at The Vanilla Bean Restaurant Group from October 2017 to August 2022, and as a chef at The Vanilla Bean Restaurant from September 2016 to August 2022. Uriah's earlier experience includes the position of executive chef and food and beverage director at Ledge Rock Grille at Larsmont Cottages from July 2012 to September 2016. Uriah Hefter completed education at Indian Hills Community College between 1995 and 1997.
