Mitch Arjavac

Mitch Arjavac currently serves as the Director of Facilities at Willamette View, managing a 28-acre facility on the Willamette River since March 2025. Prior to this role, Mitch held positions as Director of Facilities and Engineering for SPIRE Hospitality and Area Director of Engineering for Sage Hospitality Group, where oversight included the Engineering departments of both the Nines and Hotel Zags. Previous experience includes serving as Corporate Director of Engineering and Chief Engineer at BPR Properties, where significant projects included the construction and opening of the Hi-Lo Hotel. Earlier roles in the hotel industry involved managing engineering teams and operational compliance, with foundational experience in commercial and residential painting and remodeling as the owner/operator of Arjavac Enterprises. Mitch obtained education from Portland Community College during 1992-1993.
