Stewart Sloan has over fifteen years of experience in the talent acquisition field. Stewart is currently a partner and senior engagement manager at Willard Powell. Prior to this, they were the senior director of talent acquisition at TIAA from June 2009 to October 2016. In this role, they built and directed a cross-geographic team of recruiters and managers that oversaw full-time employee (FTE) hiring for the institutional financial services, institutional retirement, and client services group. Sloan was also responsible for FTE hiring for information technology and led the global expansion of the firm's India captive build out in Mumbai from November 2015 to September 2016.
From January 2008 to June 2009, Sloan was a senior recruiting consultant for human resources at Wachovia Bank. In this role, they were responsible for recruiting human resource professionals throughout the Wachovia footprint. Stewart was also responsible for recruiting recruiters and sourcers for all divisions of Wachovia.
Prior to their role at Wachovia Bank, Sloan was a senior recruiting consultant for corporate and investment banking technology at Wachovia from April 2005 to December 2007.
