Al Dugas

Al Dugas is a Senior Project Manager at Willdan Energy Solutions, where they manage energy efficiency programs for utility clients nationwide. Previously, Al served as an Energy Efficiency Program Manager at CenterPoint Energy from 1996 to 2004 and managed projects at ICF until 2017. Al's diverse experience includes a self-employed role cooking and serving smoked potatoes from 2017 to 2019, as well as managing multiple departments at H-E-B from 2017 to 2022. Al holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Houston and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas.
