Tal Henig-Hadar

Tal Henig-Hadar's professional experience spans diverse roles in research, analysis, and program management. In 2023, Tal served as a Graduate Student Research Worker at the Center on Global Energy Policy and as a Graduate Consultant for C40 Cities. Tal held multiple positions at Columbia University from July 2025 to October 2025, including Associate Director of the Research Program on Sustainability Policy and Management. Prior experiences include working as a Research Assistant at INSS Israel, a Business Development Analyst at OurCrowd, and Political Officer and Chief Analyst at the Embassy of Israel in China. Tal coordinated Israel-Asia academic relations at the Council for Higher Education and currently works as a Clean Energy and Infrastructure Market Analyst at Willdan since October 2025. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from Columbia | SIPA and a Bachelor of Arts from The Hebrew University, along with additional studies at Tsinghua University and Peking University.
