Peter Rosen

Peter Rosen is a seasoned mediator and arbitrator at JAMS since January 2019, specializing in various insurance policies and dispute resolution. Peter is a published author on D&O liability and business interruption claims and holds credentials as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and an Accredited Mediator at the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution. In addition to mediating and arbitrating, Peter serves as a lecturer at UCLA School of Law, teaching International Commercial Arbitration and Advocacy, and holds positions as a Fellow at the College of Commercial Arbitrators and the American College of Coverage Counsel. Peter's extensive legal career spans roles as a partner at Latham & Watkins and Mayer Brown, and as an adjunct professor of Insurance Law at USC Gould School of Law. Peter earned a JD from USC Gould School of Law, a Master of Public Administration from the University of Southern California, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UCLA.
