Maxwell Arias

Maxwell Arias is an experienced finance professional currently serving as an Associate in Direct Investments at Willett Advisors LLC since October 2023. Previously, Maxwell held the role of Associate at Newlight Partners, a growth-focused middle market private equity firm, from September 2022 to October 2023. Prior to that, Maxwell was an Investment Banking Analyst at Solomon Partners from July 2020 to September 2022. Additional experience includes serving as a Teaching Assistant for Capital Markets at The Wharton School in early 2020 and completing internships in High Yield Credit Research at Vanguard in summer 2019, as well as working as a Laboratory Research Assistant at Wilson Gene Therapy Laboratories from May 2016 to August 2017. Maxwell began the professional journey as a Legal Assistant at ZAJAC & ARIAS, LLC from May 2015 to May 2016. Education was completed at The Wharton School from 2016 to 2020, following graduation from The Haverford School with a High School Diploma.
