Chris Long

Chris Long currently serves as the Chief Product and Technology Officer at Willful, a position held since November 2024. Previously, Chris worked as the VP of Product at Axonify from August 2022 to November 2024, and prior to that, held the same title at Nudge, which was acquired by Axonify. Chris also served as the Director of Product at Lane, leading product management, design, and data teams, and as VP of Product at Superside, where responsibilities included shaping the product vision and strategy. Previous roles include working in new product development at Booking.com and leading product teams at Shopify, where Chris established a product growth team. Former experience includes managing the Forex product line at OANDA and organizing EcommerceCamp Toronto. Chris holds a BSc in Computer Information Science and Mathematics from the University of Guelph.
