Sarah Cook

Sarah Cook is an experienced product leader with a strong background in product management and systems design. Currently serving as Product Lead and formerly Sr. Product Manager at Willful since September 2021, Sarah has effectively collaborated with customers and internal teams to define product roadmaps and develop detailed feature requirements. Previous roles include Product Manager at InTime, where responsibilities encompassed product validation and user story development, and Jr. Systems Design Engineer, focused on Salesforce automation and technical documentation. Sarah has also held positions ranging from Jr. Deployment Engineer at Shoplogix to Manufacturing Quality Engineer at Synaptive Medical, showcasing expertise in usability studies, quality assurance, and user experience design. Sarah possesses a Bachelor of Applied Science in Systems Engineering from the University of Waterloo, earned between 2012 and 2017.
