Silia do Alena Traub

Silia Do Alena Traub is an experienced business development leader with a focus on strategy, growth, and partnerships, currently serving as Team Lead Business Development - Markets at willhaben since March 2022. Previous roles include Vertical Ambassador at Adevinta and Director of Product & Growth at Tech Open Air, where significant contributions were made to the transition from physical events to a digital service model, resulting in the launch of eight new products. Silia's earlier experience includes managing VIP areas for Lollapalooza Berlin at Goodlive AG, project management at Forward Creatives, and various internships in brand management, market research, and media relations.
