Silia Do Alena Traub is an experienced business development leader with a focus on strategy, growth, and partnerships, currently serving as Team Lead Business Development - Markets at willhaben since March 2022. Previous roles include Vertical Ambassador at Adevinta and Director of Product & Growth at Tech Open Air, where significant contributions were made to the transition from physical events to a digital service model, resulting in the launch of eight new products.
