Anna Mellqvist

Anna Mellqvist has a diverse work experience in various roles. Anna started their career as a Software Developer at Siemens Medical Solutions, where they developed an electronic patient record system. Anna then worked as a System Analyst and Project Leader at Volvo IT, where they were responsible for requirement analysis and design solutions for the global order management system used by Volvo Trucks.

Anna later joined Speedledger as a Team Leader and Project Manager, where they introduced new development methods such as SCRUM and agile software development. Anna then moved on to Swedish Match AB, where they served as the Head of ERP Solution Competence Center, managing a team of developers and specialists working on ERP systems.

In 2015, Anna joined Stena AB as the Head of Business Relationship Management, responsible for aligning IT strategy with business strategy and driving digital transformation within the Stena Sphere. Anna also held the role of Business Technology Manager at Stena AB, focusing on digitization and business development.

Before their current role as the IT and Digitalization Director at Willhem AB, Anna worked as the Head of Development at ICA Sverige AB, overseeing development initiatives.
