Graham also served as a Workshop Technician at the same company, conducting inspections and ensuring equipment was in optimal condition. Prior to that, they worked as a Rolling Stock Fitter at Protech Group, conducting major modifications on trains. Graham also worked as a Plant Inspector at John Holland, verifying compliance and condition of equipment. Additionally, they worked as a FIFO Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic at Mader, maintaining underground mining equipment. Graham has also held positions as a Director at SCC Consolidated Pty Ltd, a FIFO Diesel Mechanic at Toll Group, and a Diesel Mechanic for Coates, gaining experience in various areas of diesel mechanics.
Graham Hicks completed their education at the Chisholm Institute from 2004 to 2008, where they pursued a Cert III heavy stream diesel mechanic apprenticeship.
