Kathleen Pogue White

Kathleen Pogue White has extensive experience in human relations, consulting, and organizational development. Affiliated with the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations since 1980 as a Professional Associate, Kathleen also leads the Dynamics of Consulting Program at Pogue White Consultancy, LLC since 2014. As a long-standing member of the William Alanson White Institute since 1982, Kathleen has contributed as a Faculty Member in the Organization Program and served as the Director of the Organization Development Program. Additionally, Kathleen was part of the faculty for the AECF Children and Family Fellowship at The Annie E. Casey Foundation from 1999 to 2014. Educationally, Kathleen holds a Certificate in Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy from the William Alanson White Institute and a Ph.D. from New York University.
