Hon John Pandazopoulos

Hon John Pandazopoulos has a comprehensive background in leadership and governance, currently serving as Chair and Director at William Angliss Institute since December 2015 and as Chair of Tourism Midwest Victoria since July 2023. Past roles include Chair of the Board of Directors at Parks Victoria and Deputy Chair, along with managerial responsibilities in local government engagement at Moray & Agnew. A former Member of Parliament for Victoria from 1992 to 2014, Pandazopoulos held multiple ministerial positions, including Minister for Racing, Tourism and Major Events, and Minister Assisting the Premier on Multicultural Affairs. A local government leader as a Councillor and Mayor of the City of Berwick from 1987 to 1991, Pandazopoulos earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Monash University between 1982 and 1985.
