Maria Leon

Maria Leon has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Maria currently works as a Lead HRIS Analyst at William Blair since 2023. Prior to that, they were an ICT Talent Integrations Lead at West Monroe from 2022 to 2023. Maria also worked as an Integration Developer at Hightower Advisors from 2021 to 2022, where they focused on developing and supporting Hightower Oracle ERP and SQL Server database MuleSoft integration solutions. Before that, they held multiple roles at Brookfield Properties Retail from 2016 to 2021, including Application Integration Developer and Application Operations Engineer, where they handled various responsibilities such as supporting HR/Payroll systems, integration platforms, and resolving application issues. Maria also worked at SAVO Group as an Application Engineer from 2015 to 2016, providing support and maintenance for the SAVO SaaS application. Their earliest work experience includes roles at Paylocity as a Payroll Applications Analyst from 2012 to 2015, a Project Services Consultant from 2010 to 2012, and a Technical Support Specialist from 2008 to 2010. Maria also worked at Alexian Brothers Health System as an I.S. Service Center (Help Desk) Agent in 2007, where they provided hardware and software support to users.
