Raphael Jones

Raphael Jones is an experienced network and cloud engineer currently serving as the Lead Cloud Network Engineer at William Blair since June 2019, focusing on communications and incident management. Previously, Raphael held the position of Sr. Cloud Network Engineer at William Blair and at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago, where technical leadership was provided for connectivity projects supporting over 2000 cloud instances. Additional experience includes working as a Sr. Network Engineer at SIRVA Worldwide Relocation & Moving, managing network transitions and upgrades, and as a Network Engineer at General Growth Properties and Nokia L&C, where responsibilities included network support and configurations. Raphael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Network and Communications Management from DeVry University.
