Rebecca Bailen

Rebecca Bailen has a strong background in marketing and investment banking. Rebecca currently serves as the Marketing Lead for Investment Banking at William Blair since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Adams Street Partners as a Senior Associate in Marketing from August 2019 to March 2022. Before that, they held various marketing roles at Mesirow Financial, including Senior Marketing Manager for Capital Markets & Investment Banking, Marketing Manager for Capital Markets & Investment Banking, Wealth Specialist for Mesirow Wealth Advisors, Marketing Associate for Investment Banking, Marketing Analyst for Investment Banking, and Marketing Assistant. In these roles, they were responsible for developing and implementing marketing initiatives and strategies, increasing brand awareness, managing advertising and communications, and organizing events and sponsorships.

Rebecca Bailen holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Indiana University Bloomington. Additionally, they have obtained the CFA Institute Investment Foundations™ Certificate from CFA Institute in 2013.
