Joann Chang

Daring to dream and then working hard to achieve them is the philosophy that underpins Joann’s approach to life. After completing her studies in Malaysia, Joann worked hard to save money which enabled her to come to Australia to pursue a Master’s Degree.

“I’ve been living the dream since,” Joann explains. She attributes a large part of that to William Buck who took her on as a graduate in 2011. Described as highly organised and always willing to learn, Joann enjoys the exposure that auditing provides to different industries and clients.

Joann specialises in providing audit and assurance services to businesses in sectors including Not for Profits, Aged Care, large and small proprietary companies, Associations, Private Schools and Co-operatives.

She believes that the key to being an effective auditor is not only a high level of technical knowledge, but also the ability to manage tight, competing deadlines.

Drawing satisfaction from working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, Joann enjoys being able to add significant value to her clients’ businesses through her broad range of experience.
