Maider Birett

Maider Birett serves as the Chief People Officer at William Buck, bringing extensive experience in human resources and talent development. Previous roles include Head of Talent (Organisational Development) at the Reserve Bank of Australia, Senior HR Business Partner for the Uniting Church in Australia, and Senior Business Lead for Talent Development at AMP, where Maider also held the position of Head of Recruitment for AMP Horizons. Maider began a career in recruitment as the National Recruitment Manager at Lend Lease. Maider holds a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources and Law from the University of Newcastle and is currently enrolled at Cornell University.
