Sinclair was born in Liao Ning, China and moved to New Zealand in 2002. He is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Specialising in both personal and corporate tax matters, Sinclair has worked with a variety of clients including property developers, retailers and high-net-worth individuals.

He is committed to forming close partnerships with his clients and aiming to understand each client’s unique situation. Sinclair understands that every client has distinct requirements and prides himself on using his expertise to add value to each specific situation.
