Engineering and Field Operations

The Engineering and Field Operations team at William Charles Construction is responsible for executing heavy civil construction projects, including infrastructure building and materials production. The Ground Crew handles on-site tasks and equipment operation, Truck Drivers/Teamsters ensure the timely transport of materials, the Asphalt Superintendent oversees asphalt paving and quality control, and the Field Engineer manages project planning, design implementation, and on-site engineering support.
