Flemming Schmidt

Flemming Schmidt is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in hardware solutions and architecture, currently serving as Senior Director at Demant since February 2022. Previously, Flemming held key roles at GN Hearing A/S, including Principal System Architect and Manager of the SE Architecture Team, where responsibilities included leading teams, overseeing system architecture, and driving product development to meet regulatory standards. With a robust background in systems engineering and a strong focus on enhancing R&D efficiency through innovative methodologies, Flemming has spearheaded numerous initiatives that improved product quality and compliance. Additionally, Flemming's educational background includes a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from DTU and further professional education from MIT and Copenhagen Business School.
