Jesper Thaysen

Jesper Thaysen currently serves as VP, Head of Portfolio & Product Lifecycle at Demant since November 2021, leading the Portfolio and Experience team within the Hearing Division and focusing on strategic market leadership and product lifecycle management. Prior to this role, Jesper held various leadership positions at ReSound, including Vice President Global Operations - North America, where profitability and efficiency were significantly enhanced, and Senior Director, Head of Global Manufacturing Organization, responsible for globalizing operations. Jesper's career includes experience at Nokia Mobile Phones and the Technical University of Denmark, along with a strong educational background that features an M.B.A. from Middlesex University and a Ph.D. in Telecommunication from DTU.
