Lasse Gustafson

Lasse Gustafson is a seasoned procurement professional with over 20 years of experience in strategic sourcing and supply chain management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Global Procurement at Demant since April 2013, Lasse leads the Electronics and Transducer Procurement division, overseeing strategic procurement for various hearing aid brands and diagnostic instrument companies under the Demant umbrella. Prior to this role, Lasse worked at Oticon A/S as a Category Manager, focusing on electronics sourcing, and as a Project Purchaser, where responsibilities included procurement for specific hearing aid projects. Lasse began the career at MAN Diesel, progressing from an apprenticeship in purchasing to a Purchasing Coordinator role, where Lasse contributed to process alignment and SAP SRM implementation. Lasse holds an HD-SCM degree in Supply Chain Management from Copenhagen Business School and additional educational qualifications from Aalborg University, Santa Barbara City College, and Frederikshavn Handelsskole.
