Leszek Nowak

Leszek Nowak is currently the Vice President Operations, Global Amplifiers at Demant since June 2022. Prior to this role, Leszek served as the NPI Director at Demant Szczecin from January 2017 to May 2022, leading New Product Introduction for Hearing Instruments. Leszek also has experience as the Manager Engineering, Subsea Services at FMC Technologies and Engineering Manager, Engine Systems Electronics at Woodward. With a background in Electronics, Leszek has held various roles in embedded software engineering, software quality assurance, and test development engineering across different companies. Leszek's education includes a MSc in Electronics from AGH University of Krakow and a degree in Electronics from Technikum Elektroniczne.
