Mailet Minassian

Mailet Minassian is an experienced human resources executive currently serving as Chief People Officer at Oticon N.A., a position held since May 2022. Prior to this role, Mailet held the title of Chief Human Resources Officer/SVP at Arxada from October 2019 to April 2022, and served as Vice President of Human Resources at Lonza from May 2014 to September 2019.
