Peter Lange

Peter Lange currently serves as Senior Director of Systems Engineering, Requirements and Verification at Demant since September 2020, focusing on enhancing systems engineering processes within the R&D organization of William Demant Holding Hearing Instrument Group. Previously, Peter held various roles at Oticon A/S, including Director of Processes and Tools for Requirements and Verification and Head of R&D Requirements, where efforts were made to implement a standardized requirements engineering framework. Additional experience includes ownership at AdviCo, consulting roles at Danske Bank A/S and NNE, and project management positions at Execon Informatik and DSB. Peter holds a Master's degree in Law and Economics from Copenhagen Business School and completed several advanced studies in project management and business coaching.
