Rikke Brandt Nielsen

Rikke Brandt Nielsen serves as the Director of HR Business Partnering at Demant since April 2016, leading a team that supports the Hearing Instrument Group across multiple international sites. With a strong background in HR, Rikke previously held roles at Accenture, including Nordic HR supply/demand lead and HR Business Partner, where responsibilities included talent management, performance processes, and resource planning for IT consultants. Rikke's career also includes HR roles at Google, Marriott International, and experience as a social worker with Københavns Kommune. Rikke holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from UNSW and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the National School of Social Work in Denmark.
