Thomas Duer

Thomas Duer is a seasoned professional in the audiology industry, currently serving as the Director of Audiological Solutions at Demant since April 2019. With an extensive career at Oticon, where Thomas has held various leadership positions since January 2002, responsibilities have included personnel management, strategy development, and overseeing integration and verification teams. Additionally, Thomas has experience in board membership roles representing employees and has contributed to project management and DSP algorithm development. A graduate of DTU - Technical University of Denmark with a Master's in DSP Audio Algorithms, Thomas has also held roles at Nokia as a DSP Development Engineer and served on several boards, including Danske Sprogseminarer A/S and William Demant Holding A/S.
