Michele Findeis

Michele Findeis has extensive experience in financial analysis and decision support, currently serving as the RTC Systems & Decision Support Lead at William Grant & Sons since January 2011. In this role, Michele oversees analytics, insights, dashboards, goal tracking, and monthly reporting for various teams, including Marketing and National Accounts. Prior to this, Michele held positions as a Commercial Finance Analyst at William Grant & Sons, focusing on performance tracking and financial planning, and as a Financial Analyst with the L'Oreal Paris division, supporting marketing budget development and P&L management. Michele's career began at L'Oreal Paris retail stores as an Accountant, managing all accounting activities for flagship locations. Michele earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Kean University.
