Stephen Mannock

Stephen Mannock is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Head of The Balvenie and Glenfiddich Visitor Experience at William Grant & Sons since July 2023. Mannock has held various leadership roles, including Visitor Commercial Leader at William Grant & Sons Distillers Limited and General Manager at Isle of Eriska Hotel, Spa & Island. Additional experience includes Operations Director at The Empire Hotel & Country Club and overseeing the opening of Wivenhoe House Hotel, home of the Edge Hotel School. Mannock's expertise extends to program development in hospitality education as the Programme Director at the National Skills Academy for Hospitality. Educational qualifications include a Foundation Degree in Culinary Arts and Management from Teesside University and a Certificate in Education from the University of Sunderland.
