Katie Denyer has a significant amount of work experience in finance and accounting. Katie started their career at Ernst & Young as an Executive in 1997 before moving on to Northern Foods in 2002 as a Finance Manager. In 2009, they joined William Jackson Food Group as the Group Financial Controller and held this position until 2014. Denyer then became the Finance Director of Jacksons Bakery from 2014 to 2018. Katie returned to William Jackson Food Group in 2018 as their Risk Assurance Director for a year, and then took on the role of Interim Chief Financial Officer before becoming the Group Finance Director and Company Secretary in February 2020. Denyer possesses a strong background in finance and has held various roles of increasing responsibility throughout their career.
Katie Denyer's education history includes attending Beverley High School from 1989 to 1996. Katie then pursued their studies at AAT from 1997 to 1998. Later, from 1999 to 2001, they attended ICAEW and obtained their ACA degree. In 2017, Katie attended Harvard Business School for a program in Risk Management for Corporate Leaders and Executive Leadership.
