Monica Turner

Monica Turner has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. Monica is currently the Chief Financial Officer at William Jackson Food Group since February 2020. Prior to that, they served as a Board Trustee at Royal Armouries Museum starting in November 2019. From August 2018 to December 2019, Monica was the Vice President Finance at Asda. Before that, they held various roles at Walmart and its subsidiary Jet.com, including Vice President US eCommerce Finance and CFO at Jet.com from February 2017 to June 2018. Monica has also worked at Asda Stores Ltd as the Finance Director for eCommerce & Financial Services from May 2011 to May 2015. Monica has experience as a Group Financial Controller at both Pace and Asda Stores Ltd. Additionally, Monica served as a Pensions Trustee at ASDA Group Pension Scheme and Plan from 2005 to 2010, and they were the Head of Accounting at Asda Stores Ltd from 2004 to 2006.

Monica Turner attended the University of Bradford from 1987 to 1990 and obtained a BSc (Hons) in Business Studies with a first-class distinction. Monica then went on to study at ICAEW from 1990 to 1993, where they earned their ACA in 1993 and later became an FCA in 2011. The field of study for their second degree is not specified.
