Justin E. is currently working as a Spring 2024 Analyst at DHInfrastructure, where Justin covers investment mechanisms and market structures within energy and water utilities infrastructure. Justin also holds positions at the William & Mary Global Research Institute as a Global Democracy Project Inaugural Research Fellow, and at the William & Mary Global Innovation Challenge as the Director of Operations & Development. Previously, Justin has worked at the Strategic Studies Institute, US Army War College Press, US Army TRADOC, and Tom Malinowski for Congress in various research and intelligence roles. Justin E. is a graduate of William & Mary with Bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Government, as well as Economics.
