Chris Palmberg

Chris Palmberg is an experienced professional in emergency preparedness and management with a diverse background spanning several roles. Currently serving as the Emergency Preparedness Coordinator at William Newton Hospital and as the COVID Sheltering Strike Team Assistant Manager for the American Red Cross, Chris has demonstrated strong leadership skills in training and mentoring volunteers. Previous experiences include owning and operating Lazy E Produce, serving as Human Resources Director and Natural Hazard Mitigation Specialist at Athena Risk Mitigation, and holding various positions in the United States Army and Army Reserves, where Chris managed medical evacuations and supported military operations. Chris holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Management with a focus on Emergency Management from National American University and has pursued additional emergency management education.
