Lindsay Hogeboom has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on women's and children's health. Starting in 2004 at Trillium Health Partners as a Registered Nurse, Lindsay provided nursing care to women, children, and neonates. Lindsay also worked collaboratively with various intraprofessional teams and served as a leader within a cross-trained nursing pool.
In 2009, Lindsay joined William Osler Health System and took on a role as a Clinical Nurse Educator for the Women's and Children's program. In this position, they were responsible for orienting new staff and providing continuing education for pediatric and neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) staff. Lindsay also played a key role in policy and procedure development, as well as implementing new practices and quality improvement initiatives.
Lindsay's career progressed within the Women's and Children's program at William Osler Health System. Lindsay held the position of Clinical Nurse Specialist from 2010 to 2014, where they focused on the development of policies, procedures, order sets, and quality improvement initiatives for the maternal newborn program. Lindsay also chaired and co-chaired committees and played a vital role in intraprofessional teams.
In 2014, Lindsay briefly served as the Interim Clinical Services Manager before being appointed as a Clinical Services Manager. In this role, they oversaw the clinical operations of all women's and children's inpatient units at Etobicoke General Hospital. Lindsay was also responsible for managing applicable fiscal, human, and material resources. Lindsay'sresponsibilities extended to the Women and Children's outpatient clinics as well.
From 2019 to 2020, Lindsay held the position of Clinical Services Manager Corporate Access and Flow at William Osler Health System. Finally, in November 2020, they were promoted to the role of Director of Clinical Services, where they currently manage clinical services within the organization.

Lindsay Hogeboom has a Master's degree in Nursing, specializing in Clinical Nurse Specialist, from the University of Toronto, which was completed in 2008. Prior to that, Lindsay completed a Bachelor's degree in Nursing Science at York University in 2002. Additionally, Lindsay is a Registered Nurse certified by the College of Nurses of Ontario.
