Lex Horwitz

Lex Horwitz is an accomplished LGBTQ+ educator, consultant, and public speaker with a diverse portfolio of experience spanning multiple sectors, including education, healthcare, and community organizing. Since founding Lex Horwitz Consulting LLC in May 2018, Lex has developed accessible educational resources, facilitated workshops, and collaborated with various organizations to promote LGBTQ+ equity and safety. Current roles include LGBTQ+ consultant for the New England Small College Athletic Conference and Temple University Health System, as well as educator for Bowdoin College and the It Gets Better Project. Lex's dedication to community service is reflected through programs addressing the needs of marginalized individuals, while also maintaining a coaching position at William Penn Charter School. Lex holds a Bachelor of Arts from Bowdoin College and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Urban Education at the University of Pennsylvania.
