Sheng Sinn is currently the VP of Client Engagement at William Thomas Digital, where they focus on providing personalized messaging to customers through various digital channels. Prior to this, Sheng served as the SVP of Client Services at Havas Health CX, leading client engagement teams and advising on marketing transformation projects. With a background in various full-service ad agencies such as Wunderman Thompson, Leo Burnett, and DDB Canada, Sheng has a strong foundation in account management and client relationships. Sheng began their career at DDB Canada as a Sr. Account Executive, handling production processes for major accounts. They hold a B. Commerce degree in Marketing from The University of British Columbia.
