Shana Fratacci

Shana Fratacci is a seasoned Project Coordinator with extensive experience in project management within the architectural and permitting sectors. Since February 2018, Shana has been with William Vitacco Associates, utilizing knowledge of city agency requirements to secure various approvals and permits. Prior to this role, Shana worked as a Project Coordinator/Manager at an architectural firm from February 2016 to February 2018 and as a Permitting Project Coordinator at Metropolis Group, Inc. from September 2008 to December 2015, where responsibilities included scrutinizing drawings for filing requirements and coordinating with architects and engineers. Earlier in Shana's career, an Executive Assistant role at Prudential Financial involved managing administrative and project support for senior executives. Shana holds a Licensed Real Estate Consultant degree from Community Real Estate School and has completed a Certificate in Business Training & Computer Applications, along with undergraduate studies in Business Administration and Management at CUNY Bronx Community College.
