Erin Watkinson

Erin Watkinson is an accomplished leader in customer success and operations with extensive experience in various high-impact roles. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success and Operations at Williams Athletic Club, Erin enhances operational efficiency and client satisfaction. As President of the Board of Directors for the University of Oregon Alumni Association, Erin contributes to strategic governance. Previously, at Avetta, Erin held the position of Vice President of Client Success, managing a global team and standardizing operations to optimize performance. Erin's career also includes significant leadership roles at Spectrum, Adpearance, NAVEX Global, and Viewpoint Construction Software, where financial growth and customer-centric strategies were prioritized. Erin holds a BA in International Business and Spanish from the University of Oregon.
